Infrastructure Toon

Here is the cartoon I ended drawing on infrastructure.

Hopefully I will never have to use the word "infrastructure" ever again. My editor fought against it but i didn't know how else to explain the concept, plus it coincided with the WSJ recent series about the word that must not be named.

Why don't you want to use infrastructure and why did the ed fight against to it? It's a good word.

I guess the word used to be in a list of words that were no-no at the State Journal. I kinda know where they are coming from. It's a real big word, that usually has an ambiguous meaning, but I do think it worked for this toon.

Maybe you've lost your touch. Why don't you get a respectable job like a Fire Fighter so you can actually help society instead of printing your garbage.

Why are you making fun of the firefighters they are good people? Who do you call when you need help?
